DON CONSULT LTD (DCL) was established in 1995 and has developed into one of the best known and most versatile consultancy firm in the Water Supply and Sanitation sector in Tanzania. With 26 years of experience; the firm has highly qualified full time experts in planning, design and supervision of Water Supply and Sanitation Engineering projects.
DCL is an independent consulting company, which is not connected with any commercial or manufacturing companies. The firm is providing consultancy services in the area of Water Supply and Sanitation, Civil Engineering, Roads and Highway Engineering, Sewerage, Solid Waste Management, Environment, Institutional Development and Rural Development.
The Company is proud of its high quality services, staffs’ professionalism and the ability to respond to the needs of the Clients. The Company has developed strict quality assurance procedures, and it is the obligation and responsibility of each and every member of the staff, together with the top management, to ensure that the standard procedures are adhered to.

Leadership
The company has a board of Six Directors and Eleven Shareholders. All shareholders are Tanzanians. The day-to-day activities are carried out through supervision by a Managing Director, Eng. Manyangu Seni Nkiriti assisted by the departmental heads of three key departments.

The company has been duly registered with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania and possesses registration number 039. Additionally, it is a proud member of the Association of Consulting Engineers Tanzania (ACET) and has been certified by ISO 9001:2015.
DCL is suitably qualified and possesses the necessary resources to effectively manage and oversee projects through all phases of work while promptly addressing the clients' needs. The firm's range of services includes, but is not limited to, the initial master planning, feasibility studies, preliminary and detail design, tendering/contracting, and construction supervision and management.
